Call (435) 255-1944What a Type 10 licence means
A Type 10 licence is a manufacturer of destructive devices and ammunition for them — usually an industrial or defence contractor rather than a store. It can manufacture destructive devices; deal in conventional firearms. Most Type 10 holders do not serve walk-in retail customers. Registered SOT: this dealer can also sell and transfer NFA items where state law allows.
