A Type 07 licence is a firearms manufacturer. Many are small shops that also sell at retail; the licence carries full dealer privileges. It can manufacture firearms and build custom rifles or pistols; sell firearms at retail and run NICS checks; receive FFL transfers for customers. Some Type 07 holders are manufacturing-only workshops with no storefront — call before visiting.
